From breathtaking bay views to impeccable service, my family thoroughly enjoyed our three nights here. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our children, even assisting with parking. Make sure to savor breakfast on the terrace for a fantastic start to your day!

Why I’m torn on this

The rooftop bar offers breathtaking sunset views, and the beach area, although rocky, provides access to soft sand just a short walk away.

Communication issues arose due to limited internet access at times, and noise from other guests occasionally disrupted the tranquility.

What an exceptional stay! The heated pools were perfect for relaxing, and the breathtaking terrace view during meals was unforgettable. I just wish the beach area was larger.

Hotel Helvetia features beautifully decorated common areas filled with charming marine colors, making it inviting for all ages. The cozy lounging spaces and the nearby beach access were especially delightful for my senior friends and me.

What an exceptional hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and generous. They went out of their way to accommodate us with requests, including organizing an express laundry service that returned the same day, neatly folded. We loved the rooftop sun deck and bar, offering stunning views. The room had a lovely double balcony, thanks to a surprise upgrade! Breakfast was divine, with creative options. The location is perfect, close to Cinque Terre and Portofino. Sunset views from the Skybar were simply breathtaking. However, sometimes it felt like dining options were limited, especially for relaxed dinners on the rooftop with such a fantastic view. We wish there were more flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Hints of noise from housekeeping early in the morning were a slight distraction as well. Otherwise, everything was remarkable. I can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay immensely, thanks to the warm hospitality from the family-run staff who catered to our every need, from arranging transportation to providing local recommendations. The views from our Double or Twin Room with Sea View were breathtaking, especially during sunset from the rooftop bar. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh pastries and local produce. One slight downside was the limited dinner menu options, which could use a bit more variety.

The hotel had marvelous views that we enjoyed from the Skybar during sunset. The staff were accommodating, quickly addressing our needs throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a delicious variety, keeping us satisfied every morning.

The Wi-Fi connection was somewhat spotty at times, but it didn't detract too much from our experience.

My stay was a dream come true! I was treated to an upgrade to the Double or Twin Room with Sea View, where I enjoyed amazing vistas every morning. The rooftop bar at sunset was the perfect backdrop for my evening cocktails, pure magic! 🌅

Perfect for a romantic getaway

Wasn't expecting much, but the staff were ridiculously helpful, even giving us tips about local spots and where to eat. Plus, breakfast was a revelation, fresh and just what we needed to kickstart our day!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for.
